When’s the last time you were ill?

With something I caught? December 2019, thought I had A really bad cold. Aches and upper respiratory symptoms. I violently coughed for a few weeks. I got into these coughing fits at night that stopped me from sleeping. I coughed until I threw-up, and couldn't catch my breath. I never went to the doctor, just waited for it to get better. 🤡

My heart has been aching for a couple of days. I hope it goes away before it gets serious.

I have toothache from time to time but other than that, physically ill, I don't remember. I don't believe I was sick in the last 10 years or so.

Recently my skin had a bad reaction to a polyester track suit I had on. Got this itchy rash on my arms legs, but it's mostly healed now. I'm starting to develop a lot of allergies I've never had now that I'm in my 30's.

Thanks to widespread COVID measures, I haven’t had a cold in 18 months or so. That’s the longest stretch of time that I have been healthy in my life

Over a year ago, slight food poisoning, sent my stomach contents right into the bin.

I haven’t been seriously ill in quite some time. Maybe when I was in my twenties I guess? But nothing too bad.

my ability to fight off infections isn't go great right now, so I will randomly bust a fever/chills/etc. every couple of weeks or so, they used to tell me to go to an ER if I have one longer than 24 hours, now they're like uh, yeah only come if it's like over 102
