What’s your preferred coping mechanism?

denial, I have found that problems never cease to disappear completely if ignored long enough 🤪

Talking about it, spewing out emotions, being open about all the bad that has been, allowing miserable feelings like hate or spite. Digging out old memories of similar things and loading all these off too. Have a friend listen. Have a drink or two to bury the people responsible in my mind afterwards.
