What do you do when your just so tired, but you want to go out, but then you know you’ll be suffering tomorrow at work? Do you go? Do you stay home and rest?

I’d go out. You can sleep any time. I wouldn’t miss an opportunity to go out and enjoy myself because I might feel tired the next day. That’s an alien concept to me.

When that happens I take a shower and if it wakes me up I go, when I feel tired and relaxed afterwards I go to bed.

If I really really want to I'll go for a little bit and just have extra caffeine in the morning

Nah, if I want to go out, I will - I'd even take a day off the next day if I had to - I will never ever feel obligated to my job like that again - I can assure you they feel no such obligation to me

Okie this is something most people have, being in shape is the good way, starting a healthy program of exercises can make you extend your energy limits.

I don't like going out in the evening because I feel uNsAFE. I prefer staying home, or going to someone else's home and staying there. But if I really wanted to do something with someone, then I'd say, "phuque sleeping" and just go ahead and do it. I feel like even just a few hours of OK fun is better than sleeping.

Stay home and rest - I don't want to be a tired grump at work. Ruins my week if I have to trodge through it.

I don't usually pass up opportunities to hang out with my friends. I only get to every couple of weeks and it's very important to my well-being and mental/emotional health that I spend that time with them. So I sacrifice the sleep tbh. Unless I'm literally like dead tired and tomorrow's an important day
