How did you fail this week?

I came up to Scotland. So far this morning I've been snowed on more than once and passed a snowplough on the road.

What do you do when you do your skin care but your skin doesn't care? - Go to work with a face like a crumble cake?

Yep. I rarely get spots, but a couple of weeks ago I had a one on the tip of my nose. I looked in the mirror and thought, "WTF, am I fourteen years old now?!"

In the US, in my experience, it's primarily Christians, Mormons (Latter Day Saints), and Jehovah's Witnesses who are known for being pushy about their religion. In your locale is that also the case or do other groups fill that role?

How does someone attractive know if someone is saying something sincere to them (and not just trying to say what they will to get in their pants/panties)?

So there were some luxury cruisers docked in the city today, what's the easiest way to get into one?

Walk right in like you belong there, even if you're screaming inside. If you look the part, and act the part, people assume you are the part.

How would you feel if the TV news stopped normal broadcast every hour to warn about a big storm that's going to come tomorrow?

Annoyance. All they do is whip people up into a frenzy of fear and false expectation because they have hours and hours of broadcast time to fill ever day - which is precisely why I never watch it.

Who should return?

Scott. I've only heard from him once since well before Christmas. I hope he's okay.

What's something nice that has happened today?

So far (at 13:40) I've had my hair cut and had coffee with a friend. The bacon roll was the high point though.

How do you do your taxes? Do you hire someone? Use online services [like Sprintax and TurboTax in the US]? Or do everything by yourself?

How are you gonna fail next week?

By having to attend an event on Thursday that I've tried every single thing I can think of to get out of. Bugger...

I did watch a movie with a person hunting down a suspect. It took a day and a night. And none of the persons needed to sleep, eat, pee or rest. The description rates the movie as "ultra-realistic". Am I too demanding?

If you ever do see anyone go to the toilet in a film it's usually to hide in the cubicle while they silently scream/have a meltdown. Then they get up and go. I always think, "Why don't you have a pee while you're in there! It'll save you having to go back in half an hour."

Do people really work 24 hour shifts? That seems impossible 🙄

Like Kate said, you're not working the whole time. Sometimes just being there counts - even sleeping.
