You have to be hammering some serious HD/4K video to get close 1.2 TB, but watch the cap creep down over time...anyway yeah, ideally more municipalities should be going in the direction of public broadband instead of allowing Comcast and the like to plunder at will with no competition ... especially in times like right now - if schools are going to require remote learning then the poor and homeless are at yet another disadvantage
