Dear God, please let the cab come on time cos I don't want stress and a meltdown. Is there such a thing as a city with too many taxis? I doubt it. 🚖 🚖 🚖

you can be in a city where half the cars owned are cabs, citizens could turn into cabs transformers style. but if you have brown skin you can not get one.

The bigger cities used to have a cap on how many taxi medallions they gave out...of course Uber went and blew all that up. I still don't understand how Uber gets to operate the way it does with none of the taxi regulations seeing to apply to them
