gym leader ocs! What are their gyms like? is there a puzzle/challenge you have to complete? [if your oc isn't a gym leader you can pretend that they are for this qn]
Icebella's Challenge pushes the trainer to plan ahead by making them select a set of Pokemon to use, one for each of the hot spots across the city they have to find. At each spot, they'll fight one of her Trainers with that selected pokemon-only. It acts as both a challenge and as a way to promote different cultural hot spots.

Travelling... is your oc a fan of it? Whats their favourite place they visited (that isnt their hometown) and why? And if they never travelled, where would they want to go?
Joltenne travels all across the globe with her Food Truck to learn new recipes and show off her dishes. Some of her favorite places she has gone have been Galar, Kalos and Unova due to the variety in foods there.

For Joltenne that'd be Andreas, Wisp (more like an older brother) as well as @Narutsuart's Libelle & @Khyllax's Norra.
Leilani is also friends with @LudinVibes's Willy.

What kind of clothes does your oc wear? Are they the kind to think about their outfits a lot or just wear whatever is easiest?
Joltenne tends to just wear whatever feels more comfortable as most of the time she has her apron around anyways.
Icebella is always over-checking what she will wear outside, always updated on the latest fashion trends.
Kaito also tends to just wear whatever its convenient, although he does appreciate the softness of modern clothing.

What were some of Icebella's best/favorite roles as an actress?
Despite having grown into a popular and high-esteemed actress within Pokéstar Studios and beyond, Icebella still enjoys coming back to play in Telenovelas/Soap Operas within Latica, which gave her the start of her career. She enjoys playing a variety of roles, but tends to enjoy getting cast as imposing antagonists or wise or mysterious confidants.

who is the most important person in your oc's life?
For Joltenne it'd be her friends across the regions, as well as her "GramGram" and her late older sis Cobalt.
For Kaito, it'd be the newfound family he had found in Prof. Cedar, Summer and Briar who have made him finally find a place to come back through between all his world traveling.

When your oc was a child, how would they answer the question "what do you want to be when you grow up"?
Joltenne: I want to break from my dad's plans and find a path of my own. Just like my Big Sis!
Sabi: I want to find a place to call home, where I can make a family and friends that I can protect and depend on.
Andreas: I want to find a family that will care for me; One which I can work hard to repay for their kindness. (Before adoption)
Icebella: I want to live up to the family who took me in. Live up to their standards and stop at nothing to achieve success. (After adoption)
Leilani: I don't know. Everyone says I'm special, but I don't know why...
Kaito: I want to become strong and be someone that can protect my home!

How does your oc feel about their appearance generally? Are they confident or are there certain things they want to change about themselves?
Joltenne: While she does feel confident about her bottom-heavy body, she doesn't tend to think much about those things, either to focus on her work or to avoid any past memories that could be related to that.
Sabi: Incredibly body-confident. A firm believer that someone should always take charge of what was gaven to one and always tries to see others realize that about themselves.
Leilani: Tends to keep any thoughts about her body in her mind, too used at the idea that someone would be staring having grown up around Sabi, still does not feel any jealousy when it comes to her mother's bigger chest nor does she feels inadequate of any kind. Most of her self-doubts have to do more with more internal matters.

Anybody plan to make any Gen 9 OCs? Or ones from Gen 9’s region??
I'm waiting for more information about the region but definitely will. If this is truly gonna be PokeSpain then it'd make sense that a lot of cultural and historical themes seep into Latica's frame.

Fun fact: Joltenne's general hairstyle and bandana were inspired by My Hero Academia's Ms. Joke. Despite haven't watched much of the show I saw a pic and the hairstyle resonated with me.

How would your oc fare if they got into MasterChef and then got yelled at by Gordon Ramsay on national TV
Joltenne would definitely put her foot down and get into a huge ass argument with Gordon Ramsey, then make the most amazing of meals just to shut him off.

I don't think I ever confirmed Joltenne's region
Joltenne was born in Alola but she travels from region to region. A special permit allows her to act as a "Extra GYM Leader" during that region's League season, for anyone who's up to the challenge.
