Hello! I’m just reaching out because I noticed that the head/production/finance mod for your project is Cym. I don’t know if your team is aware, but Cym is currently behind and uncommunicative with several projects that are 6+ months late on fulfillment… For your zine’s sake, I would recommend looking into transferring the production & financing of the zine to someone else, unless you’re willing to risk your project following the same fate… As a buyer I am really worried about this.
Hi there! Sorry for the delay in the response. Yes, we're aware of Cym's situations regarding the delays in other zines. Cym has expressed that they'll be able to fulfill shipping for the zine; however, if communication with Cym becomes difficult, we'll be sure to look for a replacement for the Finance/Shipping position!

given the news about kroalias ghosting people in many of their works as finance/shipping mod, what's being done to guarantee the customers will receive the goods they paid for and the remaining money will be sent to charity?

We're setting clear deadlines for Cym to respond by; if we can't communicate with Cym during this process, we'll make sure to look for another Finance/Shipping Mod as a replacement! Is there a reason you took half of the writers you expected to? I was excited to see that you were planning on around 15 (stated in the faq), but disappointed to see you only took 7.
