DuckDuckGo!!!

I only use Ecosia as an alternative to Google. / Ich verwende nur Ecosia als eine Alternative zu Google.

In terms of relevant search results probably nothing. I tried DuckDuckGo and searX. They're good privacy respecting alternatives but still can't compete Google search engine in lots of other areas. Though I suppose searX can gather search results from a variety of different search engines? I'm not sure.

bing when it comes to image search, searx is a great alternative to ddg

DuckDuckGo is also good, but less refined. So it is debatable if it is better. Bing is not better in my experience but worse.

DuckDuckGO - Not quite as good at the actual searching as Google, but to be fair that's probably because it prioritises user privacy and doesn't track you to give you more relevant results like Google does.

Bing(?) - I only use it to get my daily Microsoft reward points, but I've heard it's better than google if you want to search for porn. But in the year 2020, who uses a search engine to find porn (other than boomers)?

Brave?

DuckGo - doesn't track you or Dogpile which combines every search engine into one.. I prefer DuckGo's image search over google's which gives you a bunch of watermarked stock images and sucks at finding .png files with transparent backgrounds.
