I probably would, but I'm a dude so I'm less likely seen as a target for opportunists who would try something sinister - also I don't value my life that much
This has actually happened to me. I was driving home along a pitch dark country road at about 1am when I saw someone in the middle of the deserted road. (Luckily I was with a man because I really don’t know if I would have stopped if I’d been on my own, sadly.) It was an 18/19 year old guy who’d fallen off his pushbike and had blood pouring out of his head. He told us his name, address and phone number because he thought he was going to pass out. I gave him an old towel I had in the car to put on his head, we put his bike in a field then drove him to the hospital. I phoned his parents and we waited until his mother arrived before going home. On the way home we picked up his bike and put it in the nearest barn with a note to the farmer explaining what had happened. I phoned his mother the next day to see how he was (fine), and told her where his bike was. The end.
