Unless they look hurt / like they need immediate assistance i would probably pass for my own safety. If i'm driving at night i'm probably gonna be by myself

I would probably be too wary to help them, but then I would feel guilty just incase they genuinely need help. If I'm with other people I would feel more safe

This has actually happened to me. I was driving home along a pitch dark country road at about 1am when I saw someone in the middle of the deserted road. (Luckily I was with a man because I really don’t know if I would have stopped if I’d been on my own, sadly.) I don't know, that's one of those things I don't know until it happens. It probably depends on how desperate he looks / what his reason is (if I get to know it) and how potentially threatening he looks.

Depends. If I'm close to a town or there's a car nearby, I'll ignore them completely. Otherwise, I'd just open the door and ask them to come in
