Hello! I'm wondering when artist application results will be sent out? I know applications end Apr. 28th but I imagine the mods will need more time to look things over. I want to have a date down to make sure I don't miss the email (in case it ends up in spam or smth). Thanks :D

Hello, I'm interested in applying as a page artist for vol 2 but i'm still not sure of what are artist expected to draw in this zine! What characters and doing what?

Hello, thank you for your interest! Spread artists are expected to draw one spread of the four characters in the team. Spot artists are expected to draw 2-3 pieces (~1/4-1/2 page each) with one or several characters to appear on pages with the guide's text. All of these pieces should be more action focused since we are gameplay-centric!

Hello! No, merch artists are free to choose from the pool of characters in the zine, meaning from any team!

Hello! Are page artists expected to draw all the characters from the specified team, or are one, two or three characters allowed?
Hello! If you apply to be a spread artist, you'll be expected to draw the four characters in the team. If you are applying to be a spot artist, you can do 1-3 at a time!

Hello would a Genshin OCs art piece count as a Genshin Impact piece that's mandatory to include in the portfolio or does it need to be a canon character?
Hello! It's preferable to have a canon character so we can see how well you can re-produce characters' appearances and proportions.

Hello! May I ask what kind of samples are you looking for when it comes to writers? Can it be fanfics or it has to be an informational piece?
Hello! You can submit fanfics for your samples but we would prefer other style pieces to get an idea of how you will approach your guide. The guides will not have narration, dialogue, or character interactions since we are focusing on gameplay.

hello to the mods! i've just discovered that you're accepting writer apps in vol. 2, may i ask what are you expecting from the accepted writers? thank you!
Hello! We are expecting each writer to complete one guide of a team of their choice. It doesn't have to be full-fledged theorycrafting with optimized calculations, but we want to discuss the synergy between characters, such as elemental reactions, and some generalized build recommendations (ie. EM vs ATK).

Hi! Your IC and FAQ omit any mention of writers but you seem to plan to have writer apps? Also, if you are having writer apps, will you give an example of what you expect from writers for the zine since it won't be the usual prose?

Hello! Items will not be sold a la carte during preorders. Leftover sales will have an a la carte listing but all items will be in very limited stock or B-grades. If there are things you're really eyeing right now, we recommend you buy one of the bundles!
