Are left over sales opening on october 1 or 10 or earlier? Everything is different and latest post image says sales close in 2 weeks but i don't see a store link? Did i miss it?
Hello! We do apologize for the mixup in our twitter posting, it seems there was a mixup in the graphic used for the countdown that was shared. Leftovers do on Oct 1st and a link to our store can be found in our bio with only digital goods being sold until physical Leftovers open up!

when will left over opens?
Hello!
At the moment we are still waiting on roughly 40% of preorder packages to arrive to our supporters.
International packages tend to have a delivery window of a few weeks up to 3 months and want to ensure nearly all packages have arrived before setting a hard date for leftovers.
Our goal is to open them by the end of this year, but we will be back with updates on our socials with a more concrete date when that is available!

Hello! Packages are being sent in batches as our shipping mod was wrapping up another zine's shipping and had to take a small break as they were feeling under the weather. As soon as all packages have been shipped out we will inform all supporters with an announcement on our socials!

All physical order buyers will receive tracking information once it becomes available, it will be sent to the email address we have on file of their order. Tracking information will come from our shipping moderator's PirateShip account (myu**[email protected])!

Hello, unfortunately, there is little control we have over the communications we receive from our manufacturer. Just today we did finally receive confirmation that the bulk order should be arriving at our shipping mod this upcoming week. As soon as we can confirm that the bulk order has reached our shipping mod and the zines have passed our QC check, we will be back with more information. When is the last date for address updates?
Once we are fully prepared to send out physical orders, we will release an Address Update form! After that form has been made public we ask that all buyers please update their address no later than 1-week from that date. More information about address changes will be provided once we receive our bulk order zine shipment!

Hi what is going on with ur formatting? Its been 8 months,,,,,, with all the scams going around its hard to know if ur scamming us or what but if its rlly a formatting issue u need to get another mod to finish it asap cuz this is not ok and u need to post at least weekly at this point not just every month

Thank you for bringing your concerns to the moderator team, and we do apologize for any undo stress that our production delays have caused for anyone that supported Ex Umbra.
We understand that, over recent years, zine scams have become more frequent, so we first want to clarify that we will see this project to the end.
The issues with our formatting have, sadly, been a reoccurring issue for the Ex Umbra team. Our initial formatting mod, which we had from applications, was with the team until late last year when they informed the team they would not be able to complete their duties and left the server. Following their sudden departure the remaining team members discussed our options, and our graphics mod, Mizu, offered to take over formatting.
However, we decided to search for a pinch hitter formatting mod as Mizu's schedule with their personal life (school, work, other zines) was getting increasingly heavy, and we did not want to give them more stress.
Around the start of preorders we found our second formatting mod and worked with them tirelessly over the start of this year to ensure the zine was perfect. As we have expressed before on our social media accounts, their PDF was complete and only had a few adjustments that would be needed for production. That is when we lost contact (and still have not be able to reestablish contact) with our second formatting mod in July.
At that time again, we reassessed our options, and Mizu offered once more to take over formatting.
Mizu has been a diligent worker in the sparse amount of time they have been given to completely reformat a zine. We have been providing updates via formatting teases these past few months. We do not believe onboarding yet another formatting mod, one that would be completely new to the project and would need to be brought up to speed, would be a wise decision. It is also not always possible to provide weekly updates when there may not be substantial new progress made on a weekly basis.
We are thrilled to announce that we have recently a provided completed version of the PDF to our contributors for them to begin approving.
We understand delays are something no one wishes to have, and we do apologize for our zine's mishaps with formatting mods over the production period. Rest assured that as soon as the proof is ordered and the zines arrive, we will promptly begin shipping out to all buyers.

Hello, i want to ask something, are the arts for artprints also available inside the zine? I want a spesific artprint but the physical bundle only include one random artprint so i'm curious
All merch prints are unique pieces featured in the zine only in the merch credit pages (where they will not be displayed at full size).
That said, every physical order will receive a print of our cover for free!!

Is there anyway to buy the merch items individually ?
At this point in time, to ensure we reach certain MOQs, we will not be offering merch a la carte. This may be an option during leftovers sales however, there is no guarantee on which items may have surplus inventory to be available during leftovers so we highly encourage securing a bundle now!
