hello, how do the submissions work as authors? do we fill out the form that was emailed to us, then immediately submit our fic on the ao3 collection? or do we need to fill out the form then wait for your confirmation first before we can submit the fic? are there any guidelines like how to break up a lengthy fic into different parts, not adding our personal author notes, etc. or is that up to us the authors? thank you very much!
Hello, dear! fill out the form and submit your fic immediately kindly. The form is only used for the graphics and we will need to read your work before accepting it ☺️
as for how to break the fic, that's up to you I'd you want it to be chaptered or one shot. As long as it's finished all is good!
Please do not share any personal information in your notes until after reveals, we will do a guess who period so we can't give away the authors identity just yet 🤭

Hello! Just received the check-in email and saw the beta question. If we are interested in having a beta look over our fic, how would that work? Can I ask a friend to do it for me or is it assigned by the mods?
Hello! if you have a friend to do it for you then that's cool, no need to answer yes for that question. We only added that for people who want a beta reader but cannot find one on their own, or they are shy to share with friends etc
The way we usually do that, is that we post announcements for each author who needs a beta reader and match them with the first suitable volunteer!

And I'm uncomfortable in writing smut, so is it okay if I don't include any smut scene and just mention it very briefly?
