Please answer with yes or no. You can also comment why. Would you like to give it a try? Do you smoke cigs, drink soda Coca-Cola etc., eat too much Junk food, never exercise?

well that's a whole heap of questions in one

I don't smoke cigarettes - it's something I very specifically avoid; I do drink soda a little more often than I should but I've found I'm pretty good at self-correcting towards water after a while; I definitely eat junk food a bit too often and it's something I am actively working to reduce; I exercise fairly often - I have specific training sessions twice a week in my usual schedule (which has been messed up by pandemic), and I've been taking steps to improve my overall fitness with more exercise.

Hot fresh french fries from McDonald's are magical, stuff them into my big stupid maw, I will also house a Cherry Coke with extreme prejudice, because me and the guy who only eats kale pellets or whatever are going to end up in the same place ... I do exercise though and I'm at a good steady weight so make it a large please

No: never wanted to // Yes: usually diet caffeine-free Coke, more often than not with vodka // Yes: I try to stick to the somewhat lower fat/calorie junk foods, but still eat too much of them // No, not quite: I do go for walks that get my heart rate going, but only once or twice per week, and not very far.

  • Cigs: never had one in my life
  • coke/other sodas: I used to drink one can a day, maybe sometimes more? nowadays I drink flavored sparkling water most of the time and occasionally a Coke.
  • junk food: I don't eat much junk food, though I often eat when I'm not hungry which I'm perpetually trying to quit. It doesn't help that I sleep all the time so I get hungry very seldom.
  • never exercise: I went most of my life never exercising, nowadays I try to do about a minute of jumping jacks every day--until i get dizzy or my legs get too tired. In practice though I probably do it once every few days.

no cigs, occasional soda, occasional junk food, exercise when I'm not depressed as shit

  • smoke cigarettes: used to do something similar in terms of addictiveness, since January this year I stopped with that -- would not try again tbh
  • drink "soda": every now and then it's alright, but I don't need it all the time
  • eat too much junk food: been there, done that, don't need that any more
  • never exercise: ...well, that's the only constant throughout my life :-)

I drink Coke and eat too much junk food sometimes because atm i havnt set a goal and i tend to fall into unhealthy habits when im not aiming at a fitness related goal

No to cigs, yes to soda, yes to a lot of junk food and also yes to exercise. So I still get to enjoy myself but pay for it after 😋
