it would be slightly weird, but not something I wouldn't get over almost right away. and it would probably never happen because everyone in my family has a rare name

It would but only because my Mum has a very obscure name. So it would be very weird. If it was more common I wouldn't really care though.

I'm not sure. I think it would be a little weird, but beggars can't be choosers so I'd tolerate it. The problem is more what my family members and my girlfriend would think.
