The best and worst moment you ever had at work?
One of the bad and at the same time good moments were the time I and a coworker went to an important meeting to present our app. I didn't bring my laptop 'cause I thought if anything went awry I'd use my coworker's laptop. But he didn't bring his either! As you would guess, the servers we deployed our app on started acting weird and our site went down. We borrowed someone's laptop during the meeting but his laptop didn't have internet connection! I tried to connect to the servers and restart the app through my phone but I couldn't do it. At this time it was getting intense 'cause we didn't want to lose our only client back then. At last I called some other coworker and he restarted the app. Our site was back online just five minutes before the time we were supposed to present out app.
I dunno about best, but one of my favorites was when my boss comforted me bc everything sucked after I came out to my dad. It was also kind of backwards that I needed to go to my boss to receive consolation but I'm glad I got it from him, he's a good noodle.
Worst?? I think I had a meltdown at some point last year for personal reasons, but it was at night so no one else was there, and it was also in a locked facility of which I was the primary user. I tried to punch the wall out of anger, but those things are made of solid concrete
