Do you find it exhausting to live a healthy lifestyle?
I don't know bc I've never lived a healthy lifestyle. I've just lived lifestyles where I was killing myself quickly and then this one I have now where I started killing myself more slowly. Recently, my friend (who is trying to lose weight) saw me drinking a diet soda and he said, "You drink diet soda, and you're healthy!" but I'm thinking, bITCH wHAT? He said, "I'm trying not to drink any kind of soda because it's bad for you, but you're doing it and you're fine! It's not fair." I was like, "I'm not healthy, boo" and he was like "...I guess I meant thin." Then we had a laugh bc how about this culture, huh
Oh, absolutely. It feels like most people simply don't have enough time or money to even manage a well-rounded lifestyle. Good fitness and homemade diets alone cost a hefty penny and are pretty time-consuming if you commit to them on a regular basis. Then there's keeping your education/career in balance with your social/love life which is nearly impossible for a lot of people. Getting 7-8 hours daily isn't always possible either. A healthy lifestyle is pretty demanding so people usually have to sacrifice something lol.
