My parents couldn't pick me up from school once when we lived in Florida, so I ordered a cab many, many, many times but none ever showed. I had to wait at school well into the evening before I decided on just walking home. It was a pretty long walk but I made it home in one piece. Florida might as well be a third world country honestly.
I've waited for 3 hours until my train arrived once. But I waited 22 months until I recovered from chemo.
I guess like 10 hours at the airport and then another day and a half at a hotel, because I am exactly the type of person (dumbass) that visits freaking Minnesota in January and so there are 734 feet of snow on the ground and it's negative 35 million degrees - that's how much I loved my friend
