I just ignore it when people sneeze, because I'm not a good person. Unless they sneeze many times in succession, then I say, 'say it, don't spray it !' or "do you need to go to the hospital?? Because if you need a ride I'm sure someone will take you.'

Depends. If it’s someone I know well, especially in private, I say „GEEE-sundheit!“ But usually, I just say nothing, because some people are somewhat embarrassed by sneezing and saying something would just add to that.

But now that you ask, I remember that back in December and January 2019 me and some friends of mine had this thing that we replied „corona“. cringe
