What did you work on today? You can use jargon even if we don't understand it
Today is my off day. I played a bit with an Android Pie I installed on VirtualBox. On my phone I have some apps that I rarely use but I need anyway. I wanted to remove them from my phone and install them on the Android running on my laptop. However, I did something that caused the OS to suddenly go haywire. Now I can't boot into Android and I'm a bit edgy today because of it.
I helped roll back a Windows 10 update that was pushed out last week to about 20 PCs it should not have, even though I specifically said 'please move these PCs into a test OU until I can talk to Microsoft, this update will break some software they are running' I will now light myself on fire, as that is more productive than me trying to communicate something to anybody
Today, in calc we calculated the exact area under the x^2 curve from x=0 to x=2 by taking the limit as n approaches infinity of n approximating rectangles. This exercise will prepare them for the limit definition of definite integrals, as well as make them appreciate the beauty and elegance of the fundamental theorem of calculus.
I did work on applying for federal funding for a R&D project.
