We used to play foosball every couple of hours to refresh our mind but the neighbors complained about the noise it made so we stopped playing it. I probably do tasks that don't require a lot of concentration like updating project status in our Jira instance.

Typically I get dragged into meetings that could have been summed up by an email. Buuuut if not I do some switch off brain admin stuff.

I try to take a break and change the task to another one that requires less attention.
