What unethical experiment do you think would be the most interesting?

An arousal test to see how much of the population find certain things attractive. Like how much of the world have pedo tendencies (especially in politics and hollywood) and finding out definitively the key trends of attractiveness (just to end debates about fat or thing, race, gender attractiveness etc.). Honestly the limits are endless and it would be extremely fascinating - but yeah pretty immoral too.

Obviously I don't think it should actually be done, but I find it interesting to try to imagine the different specialised 'breeds' of humans that could be created with artificial selection.

The Nazi doctor Mengele had an obsession with twins, you can get in a lot of nature vs. nurture data without the shackles of ethics, I suppose

Shooting people insisting on earth being a flat disc into orbit. But the outcome can be predicted in such a secure manner that it is unnecessary to actually do the experiment. So no real and interesting answers would be gained and only the cruelty would remain.
