I find it hard too imagine what my options were after a panic induced collapse of society.
If my knowledge of this event were secret knowledge, I would probably only do things I love, with no regard for long term outcomes. Fuck the climate, fuck my career, let’s have some fun. However, I reckon that my impulse wouldn’t be to recklessly make party but to enjoy my time with the people I truly love.

Would it be useful to celebrate the end of so many arseholes? No. Would it be useful to pity all the good ones? No. Can we have a bit of unspoilt fun?

Quit my job. Pull my child out of preschool. We just live hedonistically for the next 6 months.
