Do you think insulting people on the internet should be legal?
Manners are not a part of the legal system and the internet is at large an international system uncovered by national legal rules, so there is a lack of regulation what you can do. When you resort to insults of a really bad kind you should be banned or expelled from the platform where you exposed yourself as an uneducated idiot.
Yes. If it wasn't, would all insults be illegal? Imagine being arrested for using a really tame insult like snowflake. Or would there be a list of insults that cross the line? Who decides where that line is drawn?

I just copped a 30 day ban on facebook for calling somebody who called autism ''fake'' and a ''fashion accessory'' an ignorant mouthbreathing muppet.
If we were to make insulting illegal, that person I was responding to would STILL be able to spout their bs.
