Bless you... or nothing if I know the person is a Jehova’s Witness.

In Persian they say something like "May you be healthy" or something like that. I don't use it though.

You must say "Bless You" because when sb sneezes, the airstream makes the soul come out through the nose or mouth a bit, which gives the devil a chance to grab it and pull it out! But by saying "Bless You" for the devil this is like "Stupefy" .. and the soul is safe.
