What helps you to feel better when you feel like shit mentally?

eating, drinking (not alcohol - more like orange juice, Coke, Starbucks Doubleshots, etc.), making love to Rosy Palmer and her five sisters, sleeping

Sleep can work as a reset, things usually don't feel so bad when I wake up the next day. Video games that are demanding enough on my brain to take my focus away from reality can be helpful too (that's if I can focus on something).

When I feel shit mentally I'm not in the mood for doing much and that's the problem... It's hard for me to get out of that loop. I guess, for some reason, my mind gets so exhausted that will need a break eventually and I take advantage of it. It won't last long tho.

Reading some of the incoming reports of some users and feeling a bit better about my mental state.
