In a job interview you get asked what your greatest strength is. What do you answer?

When I'm presented with a problem I won't rest until I find the solution or I'll commit hara-kiri.

My greatest strength is my want for perfection. Same answer as that about my weakness. Same idiotic sort of question.

Depends how the interview was going before. I'd try not to repeat myself if I've already been talking about strengths I have, but I usually end up saying something about how hard I work and try to give examples of my work ethic.

my ability to teach. I think I'm good at intuiting what the most important parts of things are when I first learn it. I can distill that pretty well to someone who doesn't know it and do it in a way that is engaging (i.e., not just talk at them)

I have no idea what to answer this question with so I guess I'd be terrible at an interview. =P

That I’m an incredibly hard worker/tenacious, which can also be a weakness since I can burn out if I neglect other needs.
