don't be complicit; ask questions if you're confused or if something doesn't seem right. stand up for ya damn self because you can't always count on others to advocate for you !

Avoid negativity - its easy and addictive. Avoid spite - thats your burden, not theirs. Avoid procrastination at key points in your life - you need to be focused on what is important. Avoid shitheads - they are toxic.

THINK before you do something tbh, when someone is giving you advice, listen and consider what they're saying. Also don't drive drunk or text and drive or I will literally murder you. Be nice to people

Avoid the easy/ fast lane (Work hard for mine) Focus on what I have to do - Even if it goes against what I hoped I'd do.

Accumulating debts you can never pay off. Medical debt can be unavoidable if you're American, but things like choosing to go to college at a private University because it offers better amenities is one thing you can avoid.

Don't do hard, addictive drugs; don't drive drunk; don't have unprotected sex with strangers; don't make major decisions while sad, angry, etc.

Breaking bad.

Avoid being at the fringe, be mainstream, be average, do not have special needs or dreams, be basic, be in the middle, never question the mainstream, never try to prove the reality of standards, just accept them. Contribute to the consensus and do not disagree.
