When was the last time you stepped out of your comfort zone? And how did you handle it?

jumped right into going for a scuba dive without a refresher course after years of not practicing, nervewracking for a moment but I still got it.

obviously don't do that, this is stupid.

I had a row with an IT admin yesterday. When rational discussion doesn't help I can be formally cold and civil like a person deep freezer.

I'm not really in my comfort zone any time I interact with anyone, but the last notable time was the time I went on a date a few years ago. I handled it pretty well! She wanted a second date.

Volunteering for the dunking booth at a company party, I would normally never go near something like this but it was fun, I got to smack talk people and I guess I was good at it because I raised more than they ever had before

  1. I entered retail - it was terrifying but because I copied the coolness of those around me and the regulars began to recognise and respect me.

Growing up, I was bullied for not being exactly ''pretty''. This took a massive dump on my self confidence. Its only within the past 4 or 5 years I've really thought of myself as actually attractive. And I'll be 29 in October.
