What's your favorite chicken recipe? Also, white or dark meat?
Probably something Indian, let's go with Vindaloo...for part two, it depends on what I'm making - white is better for a filet or nuggets/tenders but if we're talking just baked/roasted and such, thighs are superior ... maybe my rule is if it's cut or shaped in some way it's white, if not it's dark?
Hm, roast lemon chicken, chicken curry, chicken coconut juice soup.... I cannot decide. And yes, I love a tender medium steak.
