Roasted

Probably something Indian, let's go with Vindaloo...for part two, it depends on what I'm making - white is better for a filet or nuggets/tenders but if we're talking just baked/roasted and such, thighs are superior ... maybe my rule is if it's cut or shaped in some way it's white, if not it's dark?

Hm, roast lemon chicken, chicken curry, chicken coconut juice soup.... I cannot decide. And yes, I love a tender medium steak.

Baby you know I'm white meat! Making your own fried chicken makes you realised that KFC isn't all that great. I like it with egg fried rice and some hoisin.

Dark meat

I forget what it's called but that kind where you cook it with mayonnaise and Parmesan on top. Chicken Parmesan is good too (with the spaghetti sauce and Parmesan on top) and so is chicken tikka masala or chicken tandoori.

I really don’t have a favorite chicken recipe, although pan fried is comfort food for me— accompanied by some cheesy pasta and a veggie. Dark meat please—legs/thighs (w fat removed but skin on).
