What do you like adding to ramen noodles?

I only rly eat two types of ramen. if it's chicken then I'll add green onion, freshly ground black pepper, maybe some sambal. if it's shin ramen then I add freshly ground black pepper, green onion, sliced yellow onion. leftover grilled/baked chicken is amazing in both if you just shred it up, but I don't have much of that
In school I used to make my 'ghetto pho' with it - some bouillon cubes, any leftover beef I had, whatever form of onion and garlic (this was usually powdered in those days) and if I had some I'd add stuff like allspice or ginger or something ... I can't remember the last time I had ramen though TBH
