I know surprisingly little about this topic. I mean.. I don't think I've ever seen just dark chicken. I think of chicken as white, with having little dark bits in it. Do they actually take out the dark bits and put them together and serve them? And why would anybody possibly like that? =P

Only the white. I don’t like the slimy brown bits at all.

White. I rarely eat chicken any more, but when I do, I only eat breast meat because I'm a picky eater.

Depends on the dish, but I prefer dark.

My chicken meat only gets darker when I add soy sauce....

both are great, but probably dark meat for its juiciness and tenderness tbh. I just happen to cook with white meat a lot because it's easier
