You're boss is kind of right. Never start a war (it's suicide) just act like a mime - be boring. They lose interest and flutter off to others who will give them their kicks.

The same way as I do with dicks. I try to leave them alone, but if they linger or get in my face I'll act. Normally its to cut them down a little verbally, if its more severe they get a warning... after that hasn't happened yet. But generally I let karma break them.

limit my interactions with them, never smile at a damn thing they say. there's this very aggressive and rude conservative professor in my dept who I hate (and everyone hates because he's stupid and creepy @ women) and whenever I see him having a conversation with the poor ladies in the department office I just .... interrupt ! to say hi to the gorls or ask a question or whatever fits the moment

Yeah, fuck people, be sociopathetic ( lol ) and when misery is there clean your mind by donating for the poor. That is a losing strategy though with enough idiots it will last a while.
