If you're a coffee drinker, what's your favorite coffee chain and or local café?

I like independent places. I avoid chains if at all possible (this goes for just about everything I buy). I don’t know the last time I was in a Starbucks - it’s been years. There’s a cafe in a church I go to at least twice a week - sometimes it’s four or five times. Everything they do is homemade, and delicious.

I've only had Starbucks once or twice, it was good but I don't drink coffee to enjoy it so I'm fine with mediocre coffee from work or home

I'm in Louisville KY for a while and there's a chain called Heine Brothers that's been pretty good. Have you been to Pressed Cafe up there in NH? Good drinks and sandwiches.

All the chains here offer more or less bad coffee. I usually go for those local cafés that offer italian style coffe with italian roasted beans like e.g. from the Segafredo or Lavazza brand.

The one with good food. rules out starbucks, dunkin, and whatever american pigdisgusting chains there are

Kidding, american chains are the milkbread and fatfree margarine of restaurants, always just okay when there's alternative.
