Should ISP's be regulated as utility companies? https://www.theverge.com/2020/11/23/21591420/comcast-cap-data-1-2tb-home-users-internet-xfinity
1.2 TB?! That's huge for me tbh. The speed and quality of the Internet services here are so bad that I couldn't reach that limit even if I downloaded 24/7. ISPs here have been doing the same for years. You buy a so-called "unlimited" service but after you download a certain amount of GBs, your Internet speed drops to dial-up levels.
