I'll ask them why they changed and how the situation is different now. If it's not on a whim and they got everything in order I might give the baby back.

Say no. They have no legal right to the baby they gave away, but if they had a good enough reason for wanting to be with them, I'd workout some kind of shared custody.

My only question is are they fit to care for the baby? As in did the state take their child because of drug or violence issues? I understand anyone can love and want a baby but not everyone is well and prepared to take that responsibility. There has to be

How old is the baby? How long has it been in my care? DNA test? Why did they give up the baby? I’d have a lot of questions for these individuals.

Phone my solicitor. Adoption is a complicated legal process, you can’t just demand your child back and forget it ever happened.

My first thought was I'd be torn, I'd hate to say no to them but I might be attached to the baby already, and they have no right to it. But.. my second thought is, most people make horrible parents, so they probably would too, so I'd just say no.

I wouldn't give the baby back, especially when the parents pop up randomly and on short notice. But I would let them stay in contact with the child. If they don't agree to that then I'll take them to court.

I would not adopt a baby in the first place since I have no time, no talent and no nerves to care for a toddler. And I know what I'm talking about. I had to do baby care when I worked as a nurse. I can handle a child, but it is tough work for me and Ifeel
