Yes. Nobody calls each other "Mr" or "Mrs", we aren't that formal.

Mainly first. I've never worked in a place where I've had to call someone else "Mr./Mrs." rather than just their first name, and I'd rather be addressed by my first name or a title myself.

Most of my local friends are coworkers and excoworkers tbh. They joys of moving too much I guess :/ but honestly some of them are pretty great - just wish they didn't talk about work on days where I don't want to think about work.

Only our boss is a "Sir", all others are on a first name basis.
