How is your workout routine going these days?

Excellently! Yesterday I worked out the exact Baileys to latte ratio for the ultimate late night indulgence. Today I worked out that it would take me approximate 38 days to listen to every music track on my phone - I plan to shuffle my way through lockdown. And tomorrow I plan to work out how to get more Baileys without having to go to a shop for it.

it's a bit sporadic bc my sleep schedule is messed up, which means the rest of my day is messed up, but I'm still staying somewhat active: 60 min workouts 3 times a week minimum

It's OK, for me. I don't have a routine, I just blindly do things because it makes me feel better, I haven't got a goal. I have an indoor bike, and I've been using the pull-up bar. On a typical day, I was getting about 40 minutes to an hour of intentional exercise. I'm getting 20 or 30 minutes more now just because I'm not eager to go do something else.

Since the gym closed I'm back to my home routine - 20 minutes skipping rope, 20 minutes barbells, 20 minutes boxing/hitting the heavy bag, 20 minutes cheddar chips

I try to do some jumping jacks until my muscles get tired or I get dizzy (probably takes about a minute) at least once a day--ideally more than that, but I don't even end up doing it once a day--in order to avoid having a heart attack.
