Im unmotivated when the task is too easy, too hard, too uninteresting or too undefined.
What motivates me is setting precise goals that i have to reach within a certain timeframe

1. having no deadlines
2. strict deadlines

Having to get up early in the morning after another bout of insomnia kept you up until 2. And I'm not sure what motives me, sometimes I just focus on making good on a deadline. If there's X amount of time to work through something I'm typically pretty determined to finish on time.

When my work for me is boring, or contains tasks that do absolutely not interest me in any way, I'm not motivated. I simply cannot motivate me until the work gets an emergency. Then I attack it under pressure to get it done as quickly as possible.

Everything makes me not want to work. Mostly by thinking about having health insurance, and a decent place to live.

Pretty much anything could do it. I just have to find something I enjoy and focus on making that not feel like work as much as I can, I guess.

Knowing that it's to make a bunch of damned psychopaths richer and more powerful, the idea of undermining those psychopaths motivates me

if I feel my efforts are futile, emphasis on feel tough, I should know better than to doubt myself.
