I have, but I can't remember which keeper it was.
Negative. Once the ball leaves the field it's no longer a live ball, therefore anyone can touch it consequence free. Unless they showboat and use it like a prop, that's a taunting penalty. Lol "red card"
I don't really know the rules beyond 'red card means you've been thrown out' but that seems...harsh
