Hello! Will it be possible to buy a paper version of the zine? I also read about p4p merch, is there a closed list of people wanting to buy it or is it still possible to enter (unless any extra p4p merch goes in a shop online too, afterwards, for which I'd gladly wait)?

So sorry for the delayed reply! At the moment, there are no plans to produce a paper/physical version of the zine. However, if there is continued interest this is definitely something the mods will consider. The P4P merch preorder form is live right now if you are still interested in purchasing a bundle though!

will contributors be able to buy the p4p merch? or the p4p price covers contributor copies?
We would absolutely love to be able to provide contributors with their own p4p merch bundles! However, for this to be done we will need a lot of support for the zine beyond contributors. So, in short, yes contributors will be able to receive their own merch, but whether or not the p4p price covers contributor copies depends on the larger audience. For the application, if we want to apply for multiple positions would we send two different forms with two different portfolios or would we send one form and a link to both portfolios?
Whichever is easiest for you! We will accept any type as long as we have access to the portfolios :)

Hi! For writers apps, all the works in the portfolio need to be beefleaf centric or are we allowed to submit other pairings for the mods to review our skills? for example, 1 fic beefleaf centric and 2 from other fandoms? Thanks
Hello! We only ask for one beefleaf (or at least TGCF) centric fic to be included in writers' portfolios. So yes, one beefleaf centric fic and two fics from other fandoms work perfectly!

Hello! At the moment, our plans only include a digital copy of the zine and p4p physical merch. If there is enough interest in a physical zine, we will certainly consider printing physical copies, though. Thanks!

Hi thanks for reaching out! If you are planning to create new art or merch for the zine, you do not need to submit a sketched idea yet. However, we would love to see a portfolio with previous work that showcases your artistic ability for the mod team to get a sense of!

Hi! just a quick suggestion. Sometimes only text posts can get overlooked by people just scrolling by, so using more graphics on your posts may catch the eye of more beefleaf stans! can't wait to see the final result of the zine!

how many contributors are you accepting?
We do not have a set number at the moment. Since the original plan is for the zine to be digital, that gives us more room to work with in terms of contributor numbers. As more people answer our interest check and once applications come around, we should have a more definite answer!
