When is the next restocking?

about pre orders! i can only afford the 15$ one and so since it is only digital, why do i need to put my adress? Is there a way to not do it?
Hey there! Sorry it took so long to get back to you. We really appreciate you wanting to purchase and help us out (which you can still do now that preorders closed, since the PDF is still up for sale)! As for your question: Unfortunately, as far as we know, there is no way to get around providing your address. However, we will not ship anything to you or retain your address since you don't have a physical package. You should also be able to just put any address in there that is public use.
If you really don't want to share your address but you have a trusted friend who'd be willing to purchase for you, that might be another method. Otherwise, we completely understand, however you decide to handle this, and still appreciate your support!

Is there a reason there are more than double the amount of artists as there are writers? Do writers get an increased word count as a result of there being so few?
This is a common struggle for mods in a zine. It's a matter of pagecount in the final zine. When printing, we have to take into account the costs (especially since we are an independent project), which are largely determined by how many pages long the zine is. One artist in this zine can take a max of 3 pages. Our wordcount limit is 2.5k per story, so one writer in this zine could create anywhere between 5-8 pages of content, depending on spacing and formatting. And in this zine, we have 6 total writers (1 guest and 5 contributors from applicatons). Since writers often need double the space, in order to have an equal amount of content--and to keep costs down--zines tend to accept double or more the amount of artists. However, writers who are accepted into the zine and have strong NSFW writing skills will be encouraged to create for the hard kink add-on, which will have a higher wordcount limit to allow them more freedom.

Certainly! We will be accepting 15 artists, 5 writers, and 2 merch artists for this zine. This is not including the guests, who have already been decided and announced.

Hi! I saw writer apps needed to be b/w 1.5k - 3k. How strict are those numbers? Like, if it’s only about 200 words off from the minimum, will that be detrimental to your app? Asking for my anxiety ;;u;; Thanks!
Hey there! That should probably be fine. The point of the app wordcount minimum is to approximate the length that each piece will be in our zine. As such, we will be judging how well you tell a story in the given wordcount limit. If you think you can tell a fully-fledged story well in 1.3k-1.4k words, go for it! We will accept that and do our best to judge with what we have.

About writers applications: is it okay if I submit a NSFW sample even though I'm only applying for the SFW section?
Hey there! Sure thing! Just mark on the sheet that you are applying to the SFW section, and make sure that at least one of your samples is SFW.

Will samples that contain, but are not exclusively, KiriKami count towards the KiriKami requirement? For example, a polyship piece that gives equal attention to another pairing as well as KiriKami, but KiriKami only interact with each other.
Yes, that should be fine! The most important part is to see Kirishima and Kaminari, and to see them interacting together when possible. This gives us a feel for how you write/draw them, which helps us in the final decision making process.

Are we allowed for our application to submit hard kink nsfw works if we are only applying for the nsfw portion of the zine (assuming you guys are going to do the hard kink add on based off the interest check results)?
Yeah, that's fine! Just make sure that you include content warnings/tags in your application submission--or in the document with your fic, if you are applying to be a Writer--so we know what to expect going into the submission. We will also be doing a hard kink add-on, so if you're accepted, you can consider opting into that later. There are some hard kinks we do not accept, and we have listed them on our carrd. Hey there! Yes, you can submit applications to all the positions, if you want. However, just keep in mind that if you are accepted, you can only be accepted for 1 contributor role. Make sure that you submit a separate application form for each one.
