I'm scared that my order didn't go in because no one reply to it in the email, I already paid. Would I be able to request a refund if by July the merch didn't come?

Hii, I really wanna go to the Starstream Awards but I'm not 100% sure if I can attend or not. What do I do if I fill in the form to attend but in the end I cannot come?
Hello! We appreciate your excitement for the event, thank you! In the instance that you are unable to attend, you may either ask a friend to attend on your behalf, sell your slot, or have your merchandise be shipped to you. For the last option, it will exclude the onsite benefits. Regardless of the options, we will be unable to issue any refunds on the F&B since it is paid immediately to the venue. Another cheaper option for you is to fill in the Mail Order form, which guarantees your merchandise.

hello!! is it possible to attend the event w/o buying the merch? do we still have to pay RM35 for F&B excl merch?
Hello! Apologies but the RSVP fee is including the merchandise bundle, and we won't be offering non-merchandise bundles for the event! As for attending, we will be using a name list for entry so unregistered/different time slots will not be allowed in as it is a closed event.

Are the mail order bundle different from the on site merch that's shown in the previews?
Mail order bundle will include everything within the on site merch, except for on site benefits which is activity-rewards!

What the difference between Starstream Awards bundle and Reader's Grimoire bundle? Is it only different in prices and merchs? Can we take both of them in case?
Hello! The Reader's Grimoire bundle is the February event's bundle, while Starstream Awards bundle will be July event's bundle! Please wait for the full reveal of the July bundle if you'd like confirmation but they are both different merchandise and artworks.

Fortunately it will not! We will be providing game station cards for everyone on the event day, but we are simply gouging on how many prizes we should prepare for the games hence why the question was there!

As of right now, my_orv has no plans in opening booths due to the space provided. We will be prioritising the attendees and staff's comfort above all.
