A flat. (Apartment, 'cause I am a total fuckin' Yank.) I'm big on small, efficient spaces. I don't want a whole house. Too much work, too much space I won't use. I would like to have a 2 bedroom apartment, because then I could have a separate office space, or a place for a friend to crash, but that's a luxury, and my little 1BR is enough.
