When you work directly w the general public it can be an issue at times— trying to keep a straight face. I once had a parent who accused me of being racist toward his child because I was informing him that she rarely completed her homework. The child was Hispanic. I laughed straight into the phone. To be fair though, he’d never met me in person, but still… it’s pretty obvious based on my name. 😆

I have strong genetic pre dispositions to Type 1 (immune disorder) and type 2 diabetes (metabolic disorder) in my family. We are not a heavy people, either. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It depends on the reason for the email— Most of the time I write emails to clarify or request something. I usually end with Gracias or Thank you. I don’t often write personal emails.
