I’ll try not to rub my own ego too hard but I really liked that monster face poster I designed back in 2021 for Halloween, that’s when I really started to feel a lot more confident in what I wanted to draw from now on. That, plus those Guitar Hero sketches I did last year too, I loved those :]

I remember the first time I played GG was at a friends house, when I was like 8 or 9 and I was super excited to see May in it, because I thought it was cool to see a character in a fighting game that looked a lot like me when I was a kid who was also super strong enough to hold her own against the rest of the cast. I got back into it as an adult mostly due to how cool and unique the characters were, also the metal music influences in the game.

Mostly Anji, with Giovanna on the side occasionally ! They’re the ones I feel the most comfortable playing as. I attempted playing as Zato on my first try but my brain’s not fcking huge enough to master him yet :(

He is ! He’s a demon cowboy who scams humans out of their money and steals their pride through card games, gambling, etc. I’m actually having a lot of fun reworking him and I’ve grown even more attached to his character now, he’s less of a pathetic jerk and more of a fun happy jerk now
