how do u color with such bright colors i wanna learn how but dk how to start
i alr posted a breakdown of how i color but i do wanna add that a lot of my coloring is kind of a trial and error in terms of picking the colors but the thing i do keep in mind is using certain hues close to each other so they'll look coherent, or using complementary colors as well. im always a sucker for warm colors so i mostly use reds/pinks/oranges

how did you manage to break off the same-face anime face style syndrome and make ur faces feel a bit more real and diverse???? I tried to draw a real person once and was having a difficult time but I really like how expressive ur faces can be at times without the more natural facial features like cheekbones or noses feeling unnatural and I've been wondering how to replicate that
- changed what brushes i used (used more textured brushes)
- figured out why exactly my faces had same face syndrome
- started following more artists whose styles has diverse faces and bodies
- did this exercise where i would take an anime style character and give them distinct facial features according to their personality
- changed how i draw face guidelines (i'll explain it more in the tweet)
- used what i learned from makeup
- continuously experimented on how to stylize faces of real people
artists who i particularly look up to for diverse faces/bodies are ryoko kui, christina zhang, kris anka, ami thompson, lemoncholy, and esther zhu! actually a lot of these are from the animation industry since i aspire to be a character designer and a visual development artist lol

I know you very much didn't mean bad with that thread of not being part of prsktwt and all but an actual person died this isn't about how you personally feel about this fandom etc. You aren't the only one I've seen doing that but I just feel like people are all centering it on themselves making big declarations about themselves leaving the fandom.
I give my sincerest condolences to everyone who was dear to that person. I wasn't aware of the situation. I'll just correct you that it wasn't about me leaving the fandom, I've been detached from the fandom for quite some time now and I just made that post to reiterate that and how the fandom in general should really sit down and think about how their actions affect real people. I'm sorry the post I made came off as insensitive. I would never make light of something like this.
