Hello! I was just wondering when orders from leftovers will be shipped. No pressure or anything, I'm just curious/excited!
Hi there, dear anon! We intend to ship out the first batch of leftover sales next week (so any orders placed before 15th Feb since the leftover sales have begun). You should receive an email from us once your order has been shipped out, along with a tracking number to track your shipment!

Oh gosh we're so sorry we missed this!! The orders have been shipped (there was a slight delay but they're all safely packed and sent off now!) and you should have received an email with your tracking number by now. Please check your spam/junk folders if you have not, or DM us! (And do let us know if you've received your package safely)

Hello anon! Yes, it does! Even if you're collecting your copy at Comic Fiesta, you can still place an order up till December 10th (just make sure you use the Google form to submit your order instead of BigCartel!)
If you miss the pre-order period but will be attending Comic Fiesta, you can still grab a copy of Hanakotoba at our booth (details coming soon over the next few days!) but it will no longer be at the early bird price. (The other merch like the bookmarks and postcard prints will also be available for purchase separately if you've missed the pre-orders too!)

Hi💛 sorry if I missed this but when are things getting delivered for both presentations of the book?
Hihi! All products will be shipped out in January 2023 (digital/PDFs will be sent out 3 days after physical orders are shipped). The only exception to this is for Malaysians attending Comic Fiesta 2022, who will be able to collect their orders at the convention itself. Depending on where you live, it may take up to a few days or even weeks to receive your order, but you can track it with a tracking number we will provide you!

Is there a recommended way or tool to estimate the shipping fee for our order?
Hi there! If you select your country when you're placing your order (the part where you fill out your shipping address), the shipping fee will be automatically calculated. Hope this helps!

Will you only accept payment in USD or is the any other available currency?
Payment will only be accepted in USD, unless you're based in Malaysia (in which, there will be separate instructions coming soon regarding POs, collection/pick-up, and other things!)

Yes! We'll be shipping internationally. (Alternatively, we'll also have a digital version available as a PDF so you can still get your hands on all the SukuFushi goodness)
