For artist submissions is artistic nudity allowed in submissions? I have no intention of including nudity in the zine if picked as an artist.

Hello! In the writer apps, it says that one of the pieces has to feature phoenix in some capacity, does that piece have to be complete? I understand that extracts are allowed, but does it apply to this one too?
Also, may I know if applications for multiple roles is allowed? Thank you!
Hi! The piece that features Phoenix does not necessarily have to be the completed fic sample. So long as your portfolio includes one story relating to Phoenix and one story that is a completed one-shot 3k words or less, you've met the requirements!
You may apply for multiple roles, but if accepted, you will only be offered one position.

Hello! I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find it explicitly stated -- for the writer application, do all three sample pieces need to be Ace Attorney-related, or (beyond the necessary one involving Phoenix) is original work/other fanfiction allowed?
Hi! No, all three samples do not have to be Ace Attorney related. We do require that you include minimum one piece that shows your interpretation of Phoenix and his dynamic with other characters. Phoenix does not have to physically be present in the sample, but his dynamic with the characters present should be apparent through prose and dialogue. In general, though, we encourage you to submit what you believe to be your strongest works.

hi! just to make sure, is ok to send in the artist's portfolio as .jpg files in a drive folder, or would you prefer a different format?
Hi! Yes, .jpg files are okay. Any photo file is acceptable so long as we can view it within drive.

Hello! Apologies for such an intrusive question (especially when it's such a lovely and experienced group of mods) but how will funds be handled? Who will have access and what measures are in place to prevent fraud?
Hi! All funds will be collected through Stripe, which all if our mods have access to. When we begin production, Jessie (our finance mod) will only move the amount needed for purchases out of the account. Receipts and records of fund movements are visible to all the mods. Additionally, all contributors also have access to our budget spreadsheet, which we will consistently update throughout production. Essentially, no money could move out of the account without all the mods being aware of the transaction. With four sets of eyes monitoring the account, our mods will maintain accountability.
