Hi! All funds will be collected through Stripe, which all if our mods have access to. When we begin production, Jessie (our finance mod) will only move the amount needed for purchases out of the account. Receipts and records of fund movements are visible to all the mods. Additionally, all contributors also have access to our budget spreadsheet, which we will consistently update throughout production. Essentially, no money could move out of the account without all the mods being aware of the transaction. With four sets of eyes monitoring the account, our mods will maintain accountability.
